"You have to ask why the party is expanding its membership so dramatically. And in fact if it was only open to ideologically red then you couldn't possibly have 80 million members of the party. And the answer is ideology has been thrown to the wind and anybody who thinks it to be in their interest to be part of the party and is willing to work for economic development the way the party hire-ups interpret economic development, is welcome to be a member."
